These terms cover your use of Fambero. By creating an account you agree to them.
1. What Fambero is
Fambero lets you publish a public page at fambero.com/yourhandle,
collect fans, and add optional apps to your page. We provide the platform.
What you put on your page is yours, and it is your responsibility.
2. Your account
You need a working email address. You must be at least 16 years old, or the minimum age of digital consent where you live if that is higher. One person or organisation, one account — do not share credentials.
You are responsible for what happens under your account. Tell us promptly if you think somebody else has access to it.
3. Your handle
Your handle is the address of your page. Some handles are reserved: names that collide with parts of Fambero itself, protected brands, and names held back for other reasons. We may reclaim a handle that impersonates somebody, infringes a trademark, or is used to mislead.
If you change your handle, the old one keeps redirecting to your page and stays reserved for a period afterwards, so links people have already shared keep working.
4. What you may not publish
Do not use Fambero for:
- Impersonating a person, brand or organisation
- Scams, fraud, phishing, or misleading commercial claims
- Malware, or links to it
- Hate speech, harassment, or incitement to violence
- Content that sexualises minors — reported to the authorities, always
- Sexually explicit or pornographic material
- Material that infringes somebody else's copyright or trademark
- Anything illegal where you are, or where we operate
On adult content specifically: it is not permitted on Fambero. This is a deliberate decision, not an oversight — our payment providers do not permit it, and an account that publishes it puts every other creator's payouts at risk.
5. Reports and moderation
Anybody can report a page, with or without an account. We review reports and may hide a page while we do.
A suspension hides your page; it does not delete anything. If we lift a suspension your page returns exactly as you left it. If we suspend your page or account we will tell you why, unless doing so would be unlawful or would frustrate an investigation.
6. Fans and their data
When somebody becomes a fan of your page, you can see their name and email address. That makes you responsible for that data under data protection law, and us your processor. By creating a page you agree to the data processing terms.
In plain terms: you may contact your fans about what they followed you for. You may not sell their details, add them to unrelated lists, or pass them on.
7. Apps and payment
Some apps are free, some are included in a paid plan, and some are free to install and take a share of what you sell. What each one costs is stated before you add it.
Removing an app never deletes what it created. Your data stays and comes back if you add the app again.
8. Ending it
You can delete your account at any time from your settings. Your page comes down immediately. We keep the underlying records for a short grace period so the deletion can be reversed if it was a mistake and any outstanding matters can be settled, then remove them permanently.
We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms.
9. Liability
Fambero is provided as it is. We work to keep it available but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law — including for death, personal injury, or fraud.
10. Changes
We may update these terms. For material changes we will tell you before they take effect. If you keep using Fambero afterwards, the updated terms apply.
11. Law
These terms are governed by Danish law, and the Danish courts have jurisdiction. If you are a consumer, this does not remove protections you have under the law of the country you live in.
